Dear Students,

Welcome to online Supplementary Application form submission process.

1. As part of submission process, please keep your latest photograph scanned copy along with your scanned signature copy for uploading at the time of submission.
2. Besides this, you are also requested to upload your previous semester marks card ( for which you are applying for supplementary examinations ).
3. Your email id and mobile number is compulsory for submission, and we will be sending your application status through your register email id.
4. On successful submission of your supplementary application, system will auto generate two print files ( PDF files ) one each for acknowledgment Form and another one for Bank Fees Challan. Take a printout of both and submit acknowledgment form along with your Fees Paid receipt to the Exam Dept.
