Instructions for Online Supplementary Application form submission for Sep/Oct 2013
( 2010 Batch and earlier.)
Once you select the link Click here to Apply online / Oct- for Supplementary Examination
Sep 2013, Readme window will open on top your application form and please
read it carefully before you proceed further. New window will open with all provision
to enter all your academic information on top and provision to enter subject information
below.
Steps involved in your application form submission.
- All your academic information is displayed by default in the application form
- Enter semester information for which you are applying now
- Select your subject details from the list of subjects by clicking search icon provided
next to subject name text area.
- Amount will be auto populated based on your selection
- Click "+" icon if you wish to add more subject information and "X" icon if you wish
delete subject information
Once you finished entering your subject related information then move to Attachment
portion where you must attach your previous year examinations marks card, scanned
copies of your latest photograph and signature. ( if photograph is not uploaded
during submission then your application will not be processed)
Payment Process :
Once you submit your application form then it will generate acknowledgement form
along with all your subject details that you entered.
Along with acknowledgement form, it will also automatically generate one Bank Payment
Challan for making payment at UCO Bank. All the information required for bank payment
is auto populated and you require to submit the challan along with your payments
at UCO Bank. Challan details are as follows
- Student Copy ( you must retain this copy for your future reference )
- College Copy ( you must submit this copy along with your acknowledge form generated
at the time online submission to exam dept within the due date)
- Bank Copy ( Banker will retain this copy for their own internal reference)
- Bank Copy to College ( Banker will return this copy to MCC Admin office for their
reference)
Once you are done with your payment, then submit acknowledgement form and fees paid
challan details to Exam Department for further processing. Once your application
and fees paid details are verified , then system will send your Supplementary Admission
card to your registered email id.
That's it! You now have the one crucial element you need to write the examination.
